The principle of the hydraulic distribution valve is: the pressure oil at the oil inlet acts on its bottom through the damping piston to form a hydraulic pressure that counteracts the spring force. When the hydraulic pressure is less than the spring force of the pressure regulating spring, the poppet valve is closed and the valve does not have a pressure regulating effect. Common faults include: low water temperature, motionless walking, abnormal sound of the hydraulic pump, slow lifting of the boom, slow opening of the middle arm, high oil temperature, etc. Application of pressure control valve: 1. Play the role of a safety valve. (Prevent Hydraulic System from overloading) When the overflow valve functions as a safety valve, it is to limit the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system to ensure the safety of the system. Under normal working conditions of the system, the valve is closed without overflow, and the working pressure of the system is determined by the external load. 2. Play the role of overflow valve. (Maintain the pressure of the hydraulic system constant) In the throttle speed control system, the overflow valve is normally open during normal operation, and the excess oil is drained back to the tank through overflow to maintain the hydraulic system pressure basically constant. 3. Unload the hydraulic system. The remote control port of the pilot-operated relief valve is connected to the fuel tank, and the relief valve can be used to unload the system. 4. Remote pressure regulation. Connect a remote pressure regulating valve to the remote control port of the pilot relief valve to realize remote pressure regulation.
