Product Description
The clutch master pump refers to the part connected in the clutch pedal and connected with the clutch booster through the oil pipe. Its function is to collect the pedal stroke information and separate the clutch through the booster.
The central part of the piston of the clutch pump has a radial long round hole, and the limiting screw passes through the long round hole of the piston to prevent the piston from rotating. The inlet valve is loaded into the axial hole of the piston on the left side, and the inlet valve seat is inserted into the piston hole through the straight hole on the surface of the piston. When the clutch pedal is not stepped on, there is a gap between the push rod of the main pump and the piston of the main pump, and there is a small gap between the inlet valve and the piston because of the limit screw on the inlet valve. In this way, the oil storage Cylinder is communicated with the left cavity of the main pump through the pipe joint and the oil passage and the oil inlet valve. When the clutch pedal is pressed down, the piston moves to the left, and the intake valve moves to the right relative to the piston under the action of the return spring, eliminating the gap between the intake valve and the piston.
