Product Description

Drive shaft depends on spline and taper shaft and planetary frame with the transmission of torque, taper fit often because of eccentric bolt loose and wear, play no role in the transmission of torque, therefore, need to improve the drive shaft structure. The automatic selection of drive shaft is included. The taper part of the drive shaft is removed, and the drive contact plate and spline shaft are designed as two independent parts. The contact plate is designed as an internal spline slot matching the spline of the drive shaft, and the drive shaft spline is designed as a full-body spline to transfer the torque. In this way, the torque is completely transmitted by the spline shaft and the planetary frame. The stress concentration of spline shaft will not occur due to the variable section and uneven strength of the taper shaft, thus improving the strength of the drivable shaft
