The height of the second unloading method is nearly 1m higher than that of the first one, but the unloading distance is reduced, and it can only be adapted to special occasions with high unloading. 2. Dozing work The piston rod of the opening cylinder is retracted to a certain position, the front bucket is opened to the required angle and leaves the ground, the rear bucket is grounded, the cutting angle of the rear bucket dozer is adjusted, the main Engine moves forward, and the rear bucket completes the dozing operation.
3. Scrape operation Retract the piston rod of the opening cylinder to a certain position, open the front bucket to the required angle, adjust the height and inclination angle of the rear bucket to ground the front bucket; adjust the angle of the rear bucket bulldozer to make it leave the ground. The front bucket completes the leveling operation.
4. Clamping operation The piston rod of the opening cylinder is moved to recover the opened front bucket, and the front and rear buckets clamp the object to complete the clamping operation. The sawtooth-shaped notches on the side plate of the front bucket and the bottom plate of the rear bucket can effectively clamp round logs; the rear edge of the front bucket bottom plate and the back bucket bottom plate can also be used to clamp larger stones.
